Huff Hills Ski Area has announced that after 33 years of operations, that the ski area will be closing.  This decision was difficult, and due to the current lease situation.  The ski area is unable to obtain more than a one year lease term at a time, and this will prevent us from financing the match for our planned expansion as part of the Destination Development grant.  This project will allow us to add night skiing, expand our base area and construct a new Welcome Center to house an expanded rental show and snowsports school. We are disappointed, but grateful for the 33 years we had to operate, and thankful to everyone spent a day at one of legendary ND's special places.
